Welcome Mighty Argo
to the Family!
After nearly 1.5 years of construction, we are proud to officially welcome the Mighty Argo Cable Car to the FUNIS family!
Rising above the historic Argo Mill & Tunnel in Idaho Springs, this remarkable project beautifully connects Colorado’s rich mining heritage with a new era of outdoor adventure and tourism. The Mighty Argo Cable Car is designed as a year-round attraction and features 18 modern passenger cabins and North America’s first dedicated Bike Cabs, dedicated to transport mountain bikes to the top. Spectacular glass-bottom gondolas offer breathtaking panoramic views above the valley. With cabins accommodating up to 10 passengers, full ADA accessibility and bike transport integration, the system creates an inclusive and unforgettable experience for visitors of all ages.
The project is an important investment in the long-term development of Idaho Springs’ tourism infrastructure and demonstrates how innovative mobility solutions can create new economic opportunities for mountain destinations. The close collaboration between operators, local stakeholders and technology partners has resulted in a modern attraction that combines operational efficiency, accessibility and a unique visitor experience.
